Service Description

The IDAPNG is hosting a discussion exploring the role that diversity on boards plays in enhancing a company’s performance and to find out if companies are more effective and more innovative when they reflect the diverse perspectives of their stakeholders. The session will explore: 1. How boards can create an inclusive board culture and align it with the company's mission and strategic vision to help promote inclusivity throughout the entire company. 2. How boards can incorporate demographic as well as cognitive diversity - how big is the talent pool? How do boards recruit the broader board competencies in critical areas such as technology, human capital management, cybersecurity, and sustainability while ensuring the professional business skills to add value in the context of the business. 3. What transformation is required on boards to create a culture of inclusivity to ensure that diverse perspectives are welcomed and diverse voices are heard. The panelists: i.
